We strive to respond to all service requests within 2-4 hours during business hours. For urgent issues, we often offer same-day appointments depending on our schedule. Emergency support for businesses is prioritized to minimize downtime.
Do you provide on-site service or do I need to bring my computer to you?
We offer both options depending on your needs. Many issues can be resolved at our Houston service center, but we also provide on-site support for businesses, network installations, and situations where bringing equipment in isn't practical. We'll help you determine the best approach during your initial consultation.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Clear-Flow accepts cash, all major credit cards, debit cards, and business checks. Payment is typically due upon completion of service. For larger IT consulting projects, we can arrange payment plans for qualifying businesses.
Are my data and privacy protected during service?

We never access personal files unless specifically required for the repair, and we can perform work under your supervision if you prefer.
